Artlife India: Yoga Day
Yoga Day, dedicated to the longest day of the year, has been celebrated throughout the world for several years and every year this holiday is becoming more and more popular. Europe and America became interested in this ancient teaching in the 19th century, and since then the number of yoga devotees around the world has been growing. This is also facilitated by Yoga Day, which was established just so that the maximum number of people learn about the benefits of its practices and include them in their daily lives.
India is the birthplace of yoga, and here the celebrations are held on a special scale. So, in New Delhi, 15 thousand people simultaneously went out to a mass yoga class. Not surprisingly: yoga is cultivated here at the state level, there is even a special Ministry for Yoga; The Prime Minister himself practices and recommends everything to everyone.
And of course, the health-improving orientation of yoga fully meets the lifestyle of Artlife! Still - who, if not us, is close to the ideas of self-improvement, preservation of strength and health, spiritual growth? This was shown on Yoga Day by employees of the Artlife India Company in New Delhi and Artlife Service Centers in other Indian states and cities. Even very difficult exercises - asanas, employees and partners of Artlife India performed with pleasure and enthusiasm! Well, next year on Yoga Day we will definitely join them!
